I am not totally useless… at least

“I am not totally useless… at least ______.”

Complete this line honestly, and you might change the way you see yourself.

We are often too harsh on ourselves.
We focus on what’s missing, what’s not working, what we haven’t achieved yet.

But pause for a moment.

Even on your lowest days, you are still something.
Still capable. Still meaningful. Still present.

For me, this line became:

“I am not totally useless… at least I can pray.”

And that changed everything.

Because prayer means hope.
It means connection.
It means I still have faith, still have strength, still have something pure to offer — even when everything else feels uncertain.

Maybe for you it is:
…at least I can try again.
…at least I can learn.
…at least I can help someone.
…at least I can stand back up.

That “at least” is not small.
It is the beginning of rebuilding yourself.

So don’t underestimate it.

Complete your line.
Hold onto it.
Grow from it.
